Success for Zauner apprentice Aaron Windhager at the JuniorSkills 2026

BAD ISCHL / LINZ – There is great joy at the Zauner confectionery over the success of confectionery apprentice Aaron Windhager: At the JuniorSkills competition of the Upper Austrian confectioners on May 20, 2026, the talented young confectioner achieved an excellent 2nd place.

The competition is considered one of the most important platforms for young professionals in the confectionery trade. Under intense time pressure, the 15 participants had to demonstrate their skills in various disciplines – including the artistic design of celebration cakes, chocolates, and marzipan figures.
