How can I place an order?

Orders can be placed either directly in our pastry shop, by telephone or via our website. Simply select the products you want, add them to your shopping cart and follow the ordering process.

Can I change or cancel my order later?

Order extensions and additions can be made within one hour of placing the order. Please contact us at info@ zauner.at or +43 ( 0)6132-23310-13 to notify us of the changes. Unfortunately, we cannot accept cancellations at this time.

Is there a minimum order quantity/value?

No, there is no minimum order quantity, we are happy to ship our products individually plus shipping costs.

Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept the following payment methods:
• Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
• PayPal
• Instant transfer, EPS
• Cash on delivery (+ EUR 5.50 incl. 10% VAT)
• Payment by invoice: possible from the customer's second order after registration

Is my payment secure?

Yes, your payment information is transmitted via secure SSL encryption and processed securely by our payment service providers.

What delivery options are available for my order?

We offer standard delivery to all countries and express delivery is also possible within Austria. Our shipping takes place with the Austrian Post. The costs are displayed during the ordering process and can be viewed here can be viewed.

Do you ship to all countries?

We ship our products worldwide with Österreichische Post AG. Here you can find our shipping prices.

Can I choose a specific date for my order to ship?

We will be happy to ship your order on a desired date. You can tell us this in the checkout note during the ordering process. Please allow enough time for your desired delivery date for our service provider to deliver the goods on time.

What should I do if I am not satisfied with my order or it arrives damaged?

Your satisfaction is important to us. If your order does not meet your expectations, please contact us as soon as possible (within 24 hours) after receiving the goods at info@zauner.at or +43 (0)6132-23310-13.

Can I return an order?

Since our products are perishable goods, returns are unfortunately not possible. If you have quality problems or incorrect deliveries, please contact us at info@zauner.at or +43 (0)6132-23310-13.

Why aren't goods shipped on hot days?

In order to guarantee delivery of the best quality and durability, we refrain from sending items by post on particularly hot days. If this is the case, you will be informed about this during the ordering process and in the online shop. We ask for your understanding that there may be a delay in delivery of your order. Your shipment will be handed over to the post office immediately at lower temperatures.
